CNC Machining

CNC Machining

CNC machining of sheet material is handled by three CNC routers. Maximum sheet capability is 3650mm x 1525mm.

Our experience covers the following materials:

• · Compact Grade Laminate 3mm – 18mm eg Formica
• · Plastics such as Co-extruded Polyethylene eg Colorplas
• · Foam Plastics eg Styrofoam
• · Timber eg MDF
• · Honeycombs eg Polypropylene and Aluminium

Over thirty years experience in using adhesives to create panel solutions. Where different materials require bonding to combine their physical attributes, our experience is unrivalled.

Two automatic spray lines and seven presses provides a substantial and flexible capability in laminating materials.

Our adhesive expertise covers polyurethane, SBR, Neoprene, Acrylic and Epoxy based systems.
