How do I order products?
You can either order products online using a credit card or, by fax, by telephone or by post. If you require an account and are a limited company simply fill in the credit application form online, or talk to one of our customer service representitives.
Can I just call and place an order?
Yes, we'll be happy to help within office hours.
Can I collect products?
You can collect your order by prior arrangement, call our customer services team.
I have forgotten my password?
No problem, simply visit the login page and click on "forgot password" enter your email address and we'll send it to you. If for some reason your email address has changed form the one you registered, please contact our support team.
Do I have to pay by Credit Card for services and products?
No you can by debit card or cheque or open an account if you are a limited company.
How Long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Your delivery date depends upon the product you have ordered and the transport it must be delivered on. We would suggest at this time, that you call customer services if you require an accurate delivery time. Please also state if you need a particular type of transport i.e. a taillift vehicle.
Can I have a timed delivery for my products?
Yes, but delivery costs will apply. To arrange a timed delivery at a surcharge please call us with your order details and delivery times prior to placing your order online. (Quote your Online Order ref) We can also deliver on a Saturday but unfortunately there is also a surcharge.
How do I know when the delivery will be?
We can inform you of an approximate time of delivery, please call customer services to arrange.
